WHAT IS DEPUTATION?
Deputee: (n) A college student going on World Deputation
​
Each deputee has to fundraise $3,200 to go on World Deputation.
​
After a month of meetings and interviews, students attend Deputation Reveal where they find out where they will be serving for the summer, what kind of ministry they will be doing, and who will be on their team.
World Deputation is a 8-week mission trip through a college student ministry called The Inn through University Presbyterian Church in Seattle, Washington.
​
College students sign up for World Deputation not knowing where they will be sent, not knowing what they'll be doing for ministry, and not knowing who will be on their team.
​
They sign up in faith, saying "Here I am, send me!" (Isaiah 6:8)
